The company is looking to develop a game Idea that can be played on the mobile devices. In addition to this, the company wants the game to be educational as well as fun for the kids. Hence, we have been contracted for the development of the game idea. The project management brief provides information on all the major constrains in this project. The project milestones, budget, resources and time line have been provided in this report. Purpose of the Project The purpose of the project is to develop a game Idea. Deliverables The main deliverables in this project are: The prototype design of the game is to be provided to the clients. After the approval from the clients the fully developed game is to be delivered. The developed game can be used for both educational and fun criteria.
